I do think that inf...Thanks for your comment Julie! I do think that informal learning works - according to research 80% of all workplace learning is informal. So it is interesting to find opportunities to optimise that. We do all kinds of different things to lightly programme learning in different situations, often using innovation and surprise so that people learn but not under that label. Even talking to colleagues is learning, but often in our workplaces we don't even make enough time to do that.
